The glow stick stickman was a hit last year, we thought this glowing jellyfish is a tad more fascinating! You will need:

  • A large hat
  • LED battery string lights
  • Bubble wrap
  • Craft tissue paper or white ribbons (for the streamers “tentacles”)
  • Glue gun
  • Bubble gun for added effects!

To make it:

  1. Tape the LED lights all over the surface of the hat
  2. Cover the surface of the hat with bubble wrap, using hot glue to attach it
  3. Cut the tissue paper into spirals, or just use long ribbons, and use the glue gun to attach it around the brim of the hat, letting it stream down

You can also use a transparent umbrella with the LED lights, to replace the hat and bubble wrap.
